Some suggestions for working with the meditation decks:

Either by selecting a card at random, or looking through an entire deck, with each image, notice the feeling(s) it evokes and where in the body it's felt.  What does a particular image say to you?  You may want to journal whatever comes up. 

Pause during your day to spend time looking through your deck as a way to refocus.  Slow your breath and allow your body to relax as you hold your deck and take in each image.  

Using the deck as a lead-in to meditation can be a powerful exercise.  Draw an image from your deck.  Pause to really experience the photo.  Take in the colors, shapes, images.  Close your eyes and attempt to recall the image in detail as you focus inward. 

Display the deck on an easel somewhere in your home or office where you will view it often.  Rotate the images as often as you are called. 

Use the decks as a reminder that when we commit to noticing the beauty in life, our own inner beauty unfolds.
